Delivery & Returns
Items cannot be returned, but can be exchanged if faulty providing in stock. If damaged item is out of stock, you will be refunded.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your item arrives faulty you may exchange your item for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
All orders are shipped within 1-5 working days (longer during busy periods), however if something is out of stock or needs to be handmade, please allow up to 2 weeks. Usually turnaround is much quicker (same day or next working day dispatch) however always allow extra time.
Items shipped Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 working days (can be delayed due to pandemic)
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS Courier (larger parcels)
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the price of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide to do so.
